I was there during a very exciting time of reimagining, with IPO filing in 2021, and growing to $5B valuation from $400M a decade earlier, and lent extensive creative support to many projects, including a small business grant multi-channel campaign.

Lead designer for various optimization and testing programs across the site, including page conversion to 33% on mobile for the most popular customer business launch flow, for National Small Business Month. Worked closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, engineering, and product.

Operationally supported a major brand and website redesign, helping to achieve brand awareness 10x greater than competitors. 

Led/operated a design team of 20+, optimizing process, tech, and designer experience and growth. Supported the build and launch of its first design system, and implementation of the new logo across touch points.
